Entre sus conductores más populares están Fernanda Tapia, Ricardo Raphael, Vicente Serrano y Carmen Aristegui. El periodista Julio Astillero fue otro de los nombres sonantes de esta estación. Dejó su puesto de locutor y director editorial en 2020, pero sus programas pueden todavía ser escuchados en podcast en la página en línea de la radio.
